What's my van worth?

Any help on value?

2005 AWD GMC Savana
160,xxx miles
BFG AT's in good shape
Propex heater
Propane tank
Boulder off road 2" lift
Huge bed with storage
2nd battery in cabinet area
National luna isolator
Popout access pro panels with screened windows (open with key fob).
Cabinets
Roof box
Trailer hitch with brake controller - I've only towed a dirt bike and 2 snowmobiles.

Issues - check engine light has been on since purchased. It's a bad catalytic converter I'm told, but we don't have emissions here so never bothered to fix. Barn doors don't close quite as easy as they should. Some surface rust on front bumper.

What is a reasonable amount to ask in about a month?

i'd start with blue book and go up or down, depending on how bad or fast you want to sell it. modifications hardly increase a vehicle's value except for the modify-ee.

Agreed that I'll hear it's not worth that much (even before I know what that number is). It's a model that's no longer made and set up completely different than what the cargo van blue book value that would come up. And I'm in CO at the start of the summer with hoards of people wanting to live in a van. There's just a wide range looking online and it's hard to figure out a price.
