I got a problem, I lost the wheel lock key, and all the bolt out sockets Ive bought dont fit
any body know how to get them off or what size socket I need,
Ive seen people use just 12 point sockets on them but I cant seem to find one that fits
Ive spent about 40 bucks on the type of sockets that suppose to work,

any help would be great.

You should be able to get one from the locking nut manufacurer. Alternatively, have a tire shop do it. They have the tools to remove most if not all lock sockest. IIRC, they hammer a smaller socket on, then force it off with an air/pneumatic gun. It's one reason I don't use lock keys.

Depending how deep or shallow your rims are i'v seen my buddy but a large set of vice grips on the locking lug nut with a cheater and brake it loose..

One of my wheel locks blew apart while using a breaker bar to break loose the nut, took it to a local shop, took it off for free, then had to wait a few days for mitsu to order the regular ones, since any aftermarket lug nut available is usually lug centric and aren't the greatest quality.

Yea. Might have to let a tire shop see about them.
Then ill have to get new lugs for it. Just ditch the locks.
Would like some steal wheels maybe cragers. Or something like that.

Notch the lock with a chisel so the chisel can get a good bite. Then, angle the chisel so your strikes spin the lock counterclockwise and just carefully hammer it off. I took one off that way at the junkyard yesterday. Took about 5 minutes. Good luck.

Well. It took a big hammer a little strength, a lot of leverage. And 4. 19mm sockets but I got the wheel locks off.

Just hammered the sockets on. And use a breaker bar.
1/2 inch drive 2 foot one. Works great.

Glad you got them off. In my case, the nice new rims I bought all use the stupid tuner lugs which all have a smaller head which means it requires a special socket anyways to remove them!

Really. Hope u have spares.

The first took the longest, like everything, the other 3didnt take half the time.

Tires come next.
