Wheel Size and Offsets on Econoline Sterlings

Per ujoint suggestion I’ll be using an 05+ 10.50 for my van. What wheels and offset is everyone using with these to clear calipers etc? I plan to use 35x12.50s.

I am running 17” wheels. 4.5” offset. Build thread is the manvan if you want pictures for reference. Using 35x12.5 all terrains.

Thanks. Just read through your thread. I’m about to do the same DIY install of ujoints kit this summer. Thankfully a lot of the major stuff will be done at my friend’s metal shop with all the tools imaginiable in the world. I’ve already rebuilt the trans and t case. Just about to start acquiring axles.

How wide is the wheel you’re using? That’s the exact style I like. I have them on now but it’s obviously the older 8x6.5” pattern.

I think they were 10” wide... does that sound right? They are 8-170. I am also running a sliding door so rear width is more critical.
