Where to get Mesh Screens Made up?

Still on the quest to get my truck ready for the next trip or ten - I'm looking for somewhere to get some mesh screens made up for the lights (front and rear)

something like this - only custom made for a discovery with round lights front and rear - so like no other disco on the road

Any good welder should be able to do that. Maybe check your local Iron gate builder, seems like there are a ton of those guys here in Tucson.

It looks like those guards just used 1/4" round stock. Made with either a brake or custom mold. Which you cam make out of plywood and heat/bend the stock to the form then, just tack weld together.

Or...find a old metal shopping cart, cut it apart to fit your needs. Those carts must go some where when the are retired.

I had some custom guards made for my motorcycle years ago. I did the cutting and bending and then had a welding shop weld it up for me. It cost me a case of beer.
