Where to put relay

Here is the wiring diagram I am going with,

I am using the Blue Sea relay

Do I put the relay and my fuse between switch 1 and positive on port battery?

How can I figure out how big of a fuse to go with off my primary battery positive?

if PORT is the primary batt and STDB is the secondary, where that circular thing, is where i'd place that relay.
