Which developing country do you think is in the Top 3 in the world for overlanding and why?

I would like your opinions. Which developing country do you think is in the Top 3 in the world for overlanding and why?

I think Morocco makes it into the Top 3 list, but currently for me Mongolia is the winner. Still have to think which one is the 3rd in this list.
