Which Inverter Brand and model?

It looks like I could buy 4-6 for the price of the one I bought. Rich for my blood. Twice what I paid for my Ambo.

All depends on what's important to the end user I guess.... Inverter is not one of those things I want to deal with breaking at a bad time if I'm in a rig full time/alot. Magnums are in my experience the toughest, most reliable... I am around them daily on tour busses etc where they are run in ridiculous temperatures, dirty environments, hundreds of thousands of miles and they just work and work. Noise emissions and waveform under load would be interesting to compare as well... Hopefully your renege serves you well! Let us know for sure

Good to know. I’m not there at this time, but may be one day.
So far it seems to run the small stuff well, and also the Mac500 compressor. The compressor specs say minimum 15 amp circuit, but don’t actually have an amp rating. It claims 1.5 Hp, but knowing how some compressors are rated, it may only be a fraction of that. The new inverter runs it constantly with out even warming up enough to get the thermally controlled fan on the inverter going. So far the inverter has stayed ice cold. Fingers crossed... :D
