Why aren't there pop-up trailer style bed campers?

Closest I’ve seen is North Star has a side pop out bed on one of their models.

The problem, generally, is that even with the pop-out sleeping arrangements, a truck bed leaves little room for other camper amenities once you have to pack everything in there folded.
