will these wheels work on my 60?

I am going to pick up a cheap set of 16 inch steel wheels off of a 99 Tacoma to put on my 83 fj60... anybody foresee any issues? The bolt pattern is fine, just wondering about the spacing, etc.. Any help or reassurance is appreciated.
Thanks.

They will not work.

Not enough backspacing and you'll hit your tierod.

The factory backspace is 3.35" (somewhere near that, in mm). The general working backspacing is 3.5" but it depends on the wheel design. If you ran spacers they may work. Not a fan of spacers here.

Thanks.

Since they won't work for you, how about sharing the info? They may fit my application. Thanks.

They are just a guy locally in Charleston, WV selling them. He was using them as winter wheels for his 99 taco and since sold the truck. 16 inch steel toyota tacoma rims. If anybody is interested I could pay the 100.00 he is asking and then get it from you and you add shipping costs, etc. Let me know.
