Window Screens

I'm looking for screens for my front windows. I've found Skreenz and Skeeter Beater brands. Price is right on the Skeeters but I'm not sure they'll fit over the rain guards on the windows. Skreenz have a path for ensuring fitment over rain guards, and they make a heavy duty version for people with pets. But their basic version is approx double the cost of the Skeeters and the heavy duty versions are 3x the cost at about $150 for just the front doors. Seems a bit spendy for a no-seeum sock you drop over the door before you close it.

I could have swore there was another brand similar in design to the Skreenz brand, but much cheaper. Any leads on that or are these 2 the only game in town? I know there's always DIY but I don't really have the time or desire for that right at the moment.

What the cheap way???
Make them out of screen material bought at a fabric store and magnets to hold them on the outside, work great

Having seen what he has done with his truck I would say prioritizer not plodder. Sometimes it is better to spend $ than time.

This probably doesn't help but I have found these to be very useful on the Freightliner. truck-window-screen . They add that little bit of security from the reach in and grab something crowd compared to a cloth/mesh screen.

I DO AGREE WITH THAT STATEMENT -ONLY SIMPLE WINDOW SCREENS ??

If you've made screens it takes awhile to do them nice, probably $35 in materials but a full day to do front and rear windows if you don't have a sewing machine. If someone found affordable ones for the front of an Express/e- series that fit well I'd totally recommend buying a set.
