So the wife and I are chaperoning our Neice's 13, 14, 15, whatever girls/guys birthday party and the as were sitting in the living room, the father-in-law c

continued from where the nettop and neighbors wifi cut out

alls out, "hey, there's one of your trucks heading up the street" Its a culdesac so I got out to see where it went. Low and behold, it soon pulls up to our driveway. 2004 Bonnati Gray DII SE. The two blonde teeny boppers inside are here to pick up/take home one of the boys. Theyre dressed in leotards and lots of make up. Very pretty girls. Said they're headed out for some "80's planking", 'Uh huh', silently thinking to myself, "****** is that?" Im 43 and dont give a ****.

But wow!, her truck was immaculate with only 37,656 miles! The all black interior was perfect. I was surprised that it wasnt trashed. Mommy and Daddy's money of course, but wow, 37,656 miles! Ive never seen one this clean. Has the factory brushguard and Rover/Hella driving lights and soft covers.

teeny bopper compliments my lift, tires, and ARB, says she's a total Rover enthusiast. calls out everyone she sees on the road. never been off road, wants a lift on hers. My wife invented the "Rover, no punch back!" game for our family. Wife comes out and Im saying, "Sweetie, you got to see this truck, it's only got 37,656 miles! its your favorite color!" but she's distracted with another parent coming up to pick up another teeny bopper attendee.

I recomend Expo of course, Dweb, etc. and an OME lift. etc.

37,656 miles! Wow!

so

thats it, not really interesting other than a) is this going to be a wasted truck, or b) unusual fellow Rover enthusiast.

Marvin I am 46 and I know what "planking" is. Google it. It's the dumbest thing kids are doing now. Hope all is going well for you.

I will be in the Hampton Cove area but a trip to Larrys is always something that sounds fun. It is always tempting for me to buy a pistol there since I can't buy in Louisiana.

Really!?!

Wow, I don't have teenagers, so I had to look it up. Really? this is pretty sad. but yet someone made it sadder.

Following the "really tragic" demise of of Acton Beale, 20, Australian prime minister Julia Gillard attempted to call an end to the latest Facebook craze Down Under, "planking" — the apparently super-fun practice of having one's photo snapped while lying board-stiff in an awkward location, for the purpose of uploading that photo on Facebook.
"There's a difference between a harmless bit of fun done somewhere that's really safe and taking a risk with your life,'' Gillard told reporters on Sunday.
"Everybody likes a bit of fun, but focus has to be on keeping yourself safe first.''

37k? thats awesome.
