Working on my Drawer System

I've wanted a drawer system to fit my particular needs for several years now and I am finally making it a reality. The first mock up was made primarily with a jig saw, the next one will be cut out with a CNC router. There is a place for a 12v fridge, two 30" deep drawers (for now), a 2000 watt inverter / house battery built in, and the whole system in tied into the body in multiple locations to make it as stable and quiet as possible.

Here is my progress thus far:

Here is a rendering of what it will look like at some point:

I intend to use line-x on the entire system, and will also have line-x applied to the interior floor / wheel wheels of the jeep.

Thoughts and criticisms are welcome.

Doing the same making my own for my JK. I'd to use 80/20 aluminum though & make a 3rd slider out the right side door for the Lifetime ice chest. I like the idea of hiding the inverter.

Made some more progress today. Just finished designing the support feet. I'm also looking for different options for attaching all of the panels together. Currently I am using aluminum angle, and it works exceptionally well, but something that doesn't require custom cutting, drilling, and deburring would be better. 80/20 works, but it is bulky. Any ideas?

Looks great! Maybe you should consider drilling large holes on the sides and bottom for weight reduction.

Have you considered using glue and pocket screws?

This pic shows my drawer cabinet with 1/2” sides pocket screwed to a 3/4” top and bottom.

TigWiz have you seen the way KIMBO campers joins perpendicular pieces so plywood together. Looks very strong and might fit you needs well. I plan to try it when I remodel our camper interior.

Looking really good. What's the best way to do the 60% seat delete? Mine is a work in progress, I want to redo things and removing one seat and electronics are at the top of my list.
