I have a '03 4 Runner sport 4.7 V8 AWD. I have only had it 2 years, found it with 37,500 but with commuting it has something like 112K on it now. Unfortunately yesterday I got in an accident, both air bags deployed, the radiator and front nose took the hit but the frame is unscathed. I will have to see what the insurance company will want for me to buy it back but I am thinking of either a off road rig, use it for a swap or build it better as a more expo rig and less of a grocery getter.

Have the frame checked. I was in a much less series front collision, only bent one of my ARB's crush cans. Afterwards I kept cupping front tires, even rotating at 2500 miles. When Toyota replaced my frame the cupping went away.. clearly it damaged it. Otherwise I say make it into an EXPO rig, bumper, fenders, hood and go to town!
