WTB: 12" wheels & 4.80 tires

Need a pair of 12" 4 luggers with 4.80x12 tires for my newly acquired popup. The tires on it are rotten and the wheels are crusty. Figured I'd give you guys that upgraded to bigger wheels & tires a shot before dropping $100+ on a new set. Anyone have anything for me?
