Looking to buy a 95-04 Tacoma in good shape for a dd/weekender to keep the miles off my land cruiser.

Preferably Green but other colors aren't a deal breaker.

Small lift or other light mods are ok but I don't want a built to the hilt rig.

I'm in Chattanooga, TN but am willing to travel some for the right deal.
I know it's asking alot, but maybe someone out there is thinking of moving to a different vehicle and this is the bump they need.
