WTB - 2005/2006 Toyota Tundra

Hi all! I am on the hunt for a 2005 or 2006 Toyota Tundra, if you see something that meets my wish list, please send it my way!

- 4x4, Crew Cab, Sunroof, around 100k miles or less, and a clean title are must have's. Due to the known rust issues, and the fact that I want to wrench on this myself, I'm looking for West Coast vehicles only. I would also love to find one that already had a topper ideally, but thats not a deal breaker.

Yup, both Denver and Salt Lake City are on my radar. I'm picky, but I am surprised at how hard it is to find a nice clean one, with a clean title, lots of banged up Tundra's with salvage titles floating around.

Yup, got lucky on a local trade in Jackson, Wy. Bought new at the dealership and traded in for a 2015 Silverado. Picked it up with a tiny bit over 100k but full maintenance records and almost every option I wanted.. And they gave me a crazy good trade-in on my Ranger.

Thanks, I'm excited, it's a great platform for sure! I LOVE my GX470, and we are keeping it, but I need something better equipped for hauling bikes and sleeping-in on long trips. One of my favorite things about my GX is that V8, which makes the Tundra even more attractive to me.

Been down to his lot a few times. First of all, it's not in the greatest part of town, has high barb wire fence surrounding it, an old trailer as an office, a pile of vehicle parts behind said office for no apparent reason (no shop). He always seems to have what Colorado wants... Tacomas, Tundras, Jeeps, etc. Smart business. But it seems very shady. The vehicles are mostly very high mileage and the ones that aren't always seem to have to some shady/ weird mods... almost like they were pieced together. I've been lured down there a few times by pretty pictures and have always left disappointed... that is, when I can actually get in the place... they have very strange hours.

Anyway, you couldn't give me a good enough deal to drive away in one of their vehicles, but thats just my two cents.

Seems like there are few of these kind of lots in every city. Shady.
