WTB: 2008-2009 Land Rover LR3 HSE Lux

Hello EP brain-trust. My wife and I are in search of a well-maintained 2008-2009 LR3 for our next set of adventures. I have scoured the usual For Sale sites during the past few months and am not finding anything that really fits the bill for us.

We are specifically looking for an HSE trim level with the upgraded Lux package and 3rd row seats. Either stock condition or tastefully modified to enhance off-road prowess would be acceptable. Exterior color does not really matter but we would prefer the black interior and mileage as low as possible... Under 100,000 miles would be fantastic but I fear unrealistic.

If you, or someone you know, has a 2008-2009 LR3 HSE for sale in the USA that has been well maintained, is not a rust bucket, does not have a trashed interior, funky odors, electrical gremlins, or water damage... please send me a message with details and contact info.

We know that it is big ask but are hopeful that our "Goldilocks" vehicle is out there just waiting to be found.

If your willing to broaden your target, 2006 LR3 SE black/Black with 85K miles (one family owned, my mom bought new, she quit driving and I bought it With 63K miles in 2018.

If interested let me know. Not really for sale but it is taking up room in the garag.

Curious as to why the year range? 2009 was the “bridge” year to the updated L319 coming in the 2010 LR4, and did have some interesting quirks. Honestly, 2006+ is a good search grid. My ‘06 SE has 313K miles and is doing great (not for sale). I also own a 2013 and 2016 LR4. I’ve seen a ton of what the L319 platform can do.

If I come across a choice ‘08-‘09 I’ll let you know!
