Why don't you contact DTS (Dave Tactical Supply) in New Westminster BC? They ship worldwide and have the best prices. They also have a bunch of accessories for them like water dispenser, large key to tighten the cap...

DTS will not ship any Scepter fuel products to the states because of CARB regulations.
