WTB 5X10 Off-Road Enclosed / Cargo Trailer

I may end up buying/building my own but I thought I'd throw this out there in case someone is looking to sell. Looking for a 5X10 or similar size Colorado Trailer style off road cargo trailer. The main goal would be to have more storage for bikes, camping gear, etc as well as have an extra space for our two kids to sleep. Currently we are all sleeping in the back of a FWC Project M.
No need for anything fancy. I'd prefer not to have AC and all the gadgets.

Was the rear door flipped to open from the bottom up?
