WTB: AWD cargo van under 3K (western US)

Looking to get a starter budget cargo van to convert. I want an AWD Chevy Express Pro someday, but until then I'm looking to start with a cheap Chevy Astro or GMC Safari. Willing to travel around the western US to pickup. Let me know if you see anything, thanks!
