WTB: Clean 3/4 ton truck for FWC Hawk

Hi-
My wife and I have been living in Australia, and are returning to the US in a week to start an 8 month road trip. Have ordered a Hawk slide in, scheduled for arrival in a couple of weeks. So now we need a truck!

I'd prefer a 3/4 ton crew cab rig, in good, clean drive away shape, with smart upgrades. Not looking for any 6" lift, straight piped burly gnarl machine, but would like a rig with sensible mods for off road use with the camper aboard. Nothing major needed. Think 2"-3" lift, air bags, shockers, skid plates, wheel/tire combo, etc.....after market bumpers, lights, winch would be nice if it happens.....you get the picture. Open to suggestions. Not looking for a beater or a project truck, just a good solid truck for this year's adventure! Budget for the right truck is mid $20's.

Any one looking to sell their pride and joy this spring? I'll be arriving in Seattle, but could travel for the right deal.

cheers
Adam

you might open your search to include 1-ton vehicles

their primary ride is the same as a 3/4 tonner

they just have a secondary load capacity that is similar to what we used to call OVERLOAD SPRINGS

they come stock with increased/upgraded components in comparison to the 3/4 tonners

just this old man's 2¢ worth this morning
