mike have you checked with your local welding suppliers or fire extinguisher restore shops. they usually have refurbished tested and charged CO2 tanks for a fairly decent price. may be cheaper than finding one and getting it shipped. i can get a 20 pound steel tank fully charged and certified here for about 110 US.

x2. my DIY 20# tank was about $85 from the local industrial welding supply. With regulator and poly hose the setup came to $120. Costs $10 to swap it out for a refilled one (they don't fill locally).

Bevco in Salt Lake sells new & used bottles, aluminum and steel varieties. They also sell CO2 regulators, again new and used. To top it off, they fill and pressure test the bottles too so if you do score a used one they can test it and top it off for you.
