I would like to buy a genuine GZ MC4 to 8mm Adapter cable. Not in stock anywhere...

Have you tried calling goal zero? They might have them in stock. When I bought mine they were out of stock everywhere online but they will sell you one if you call. They want to make sure you don’t use it improperly I think.

I did that this morning and you are correct. They have them in stock and I have two on the way (stationary and mobile panels)
