WHere are you located? Plenty of these for sale on RVtrader right now. Priced between 10k and 12k.
I have an older 1996 Ute. In really good shape on the inside. I am selling for $2k (was $3k), and have spoken with Hallmark and brought the camper there (I live in Colorado). The roof is water tight but needs to be replaced (the clasp connections have separated from the roof). Hallmark will replace roof, canvas, and entire lifting mechanism for $5k, making this a $7k camper.
I would be happy to take it to Hallmark for you to get their opinion and leave it there for you if you wanted to purchase from me, then you could pick up at Hallmark once the work is completed.
