Have you tried ebay?
I got a set of 05-11 Tacoma steel wheels for my '00 Tundra for $38 + $23 shipping each. ($244 total for 4)
They were dealer takeoffs, and look new.

Doesnt look like he has any of the 16 hole wheels now, but maybe keep checking?

No affiliation, and never used them. Picture shows silver, but description says black. I put 4 in shopping cart, and shipping was only $84 total.
Just make sure before you buy any online, that you double check the backspacing.

Thanks, I'll check with them Monday. Thought I was going to be getting some work done to the truck this week, which had me rushing to find wheels. Not this week, so not such a rush...but I'm still looking. I have a set of Team Trails FJ alloys, but STEEL IS REAL, so decided to get these instead. Thanks for the info!
