I have one in the garage I was going to modify to fit my 95 Chevy, it has been stripped and repainted with 2 coats of paint, I could ship via Greyhound pretty cheap. PM me if interested.

my brother in law actually has a warn winch bumper for sale for your model year 95. He probably would let it go cheap. Then you don't have to mod it.
