WTB: Wildernest for Long Bed (Ford Ranger)

Hey Folks,

This is one of my first posts and I hope it's to the right place. I just picked up a 1989 Ford Ranger STX 4x4. I'm slowly bringing back to life and wanted to put some feelers out for a Wildernest. It'd have to be a small truck long bed Wildernest, ie. in the ballpark of 7 feet, mine specifically 87"x59.5". I'll be working a seasonal for the next 6 months so I'm not in a huge hurry, but I can't get the thought of throwing a Wildernest on the truck out of my head! If something came together I'm sure I could get it handled to have it shipped. I'm in KY.

I had an 89 STX Extended Cab with a 6 ft bed and a Wildernest on it that I bought new in 89. I still have the Wildernest but sold the STX in 2002. The STX was a great truck but I needed better access to the rear of the cab an got a four door Ranger (two half doors). It is nice to have the 4.0 SOHC engine also. Your STX looks nice. It is very rare see STX models with the long bed. I don't think I have ever seen one in person. The color of mine was kind of the reverse of yours. It was white with red graphics.

Thanks for pointing me that way! I'm digging the truck so far but am running into some issues that may drive my towards a newer truck. I love the old thing but it's needing a lot of "sat for too long" kind of work. We'll see. One way or the other the wildernest proboard will be great for whenever I do find my forever truck!
