Looking to sell my complete Alu-Cab set up including an Expedition Tent w/Shadow awning and an Explorer Canopy/Shell.

The awning is bolted into the tent frame so while I can sell the tent separately please note there will be holes (which you can patch easily).

Expedition RTT + Shadow Awning - $4500
Explorer Canopy w/loadbars and table - $2800, $2400 without table
Expedition RTT by itself - $3250
Price for everything - $6500

The Expedition III tent is probably the best RTT on the market. It's hardshell also doubles up as a roof rack, and it includes 2x load bars. I have a solar panel mounted to it now that I can include in the sale for extra. You can have it up in 10 seconds, and it takes maybe 30 seconds to collapse. Additionally, the fabric sides are ridiculously dark which is great for when you want to sleep in.

The Shadow Awning is an even more incredible piece of gear - it's a 270 degree free-standing awning that can be deployed in under 10 seconds and stowed in 15. I like it so much I am going to buy another one.

My dog has slept in it with me, however I will be making sure to thoroughly clean the inside of the tent prior to sale.

The Explorer Canopy I think is the best shell on the market. It's lighter, stronger, and more secure than every other shell on the market and it's integrated t-slots on the inside make mounting items to the sides and ceilings a breeze - I have the Alu-Cab table (included) mounted to the ceiling along with a shovel and fishing pole on quick fists.
Please note that this is for third gen Tacomas but will fit 2nd gens as well however the tailgate will look a bit funky.

I am located in Seattle, WA. Willing to drive a bit to meet up.

Hey

Stoked to see one of these pop up on the market! I'm having trouble viewing the last few photos( my computers fault) Do you have any other shots of the interior/ the table system?

What length is the Explorer canopy? I see its for a 3rd gen Tacoma but not sure of that length with a crew cab? 6ft?

Ah, both good choices. I am stuck on what to do with my sleeping arrangements. I was going to get a Gen 3 to go on my Alucab, but am not sure I want anything sticking up above the roof line again. Love the GFC/Iggy campers, but same issue, I had having a giant wind block above the truck.

At least with the Alu-Cab you can take it off.

Yup true. But thats a pain in the butt. I’ve been stocking the gfc thread for a bit and was an earlier deposit but pulled out a few weeks back.

To many concerns and having not seen a production one yet, besides the prototype i couldn’t justify it. Having seen the new ones in their videos, they are very well done, still not a fan of the overhang/height, I’d rather push the Rtt to the back and shorten it up 6inches. And have it just level with my roof rack.
