What is the purpose for cutting out the bottom of the box? Weight? Have you experienced any issues with the more weighted items in drawers? I know the slides are designed to carry a lot, but a tool bag can get heavy, and several, even more so. Same on extended stove, seems like at full extension that puts a lot of strain on the two sets of slides. Have you thought about installing a leg to support it?
