Xterra offroad locking axle?

Hey guys, im a toyota guy but recently picked up a xterra offroad with a miss. Unfortunately its a blown head gasket so i am going to part it out.
Wondering what's fair price for the rear locking axle? Manual trans too.
Do they swap right into a non-offroad rig? I know the 80LC had the same wiring harness just needed the plug off the axle and locker ecu.
TIA

The manual transmission makes for the most desirable gear ratio. People will want to to regear for larger tires.
But there were 2 versions of the locker. The 05-07 only had 2 spider gears and tend to fail fairly often, nobody that knows anything will want this year. But the unknowing will want it, not knowing they have parts made of glass inside. The '08 and newer are the good ones. 4 spider gears, good and strong.
The rear driveshaft is different length compared to the other axle option, that should be part of the package as you sell it. Many will neglect this. A C200k driveshaft is likely to bottom out inside the transfer case.

While the manual transmission is a great transmission to drive, not much demand. So much is electrically different compared to an automatic. You really can't swap one in. They are good transmissions that don't generally have issues. If anything is weak, the clutch does not tolerate abuse. But that is nothing to do with the transmission.

Parting it out just because it has a blown head gasket seems like a lot more effort.
