IDk I think there are both good and bad photographers on that list. Quite a few shots where a simple P&S on auto is all that was needed. Some others where the concept and execution where nearly perfect.

I've been following Olivia Bee on Flickr since she was 14-15 years old, I actually mentioned her here in a previous thread a long time ago. She's an amazing talent, and smart.

Looking through, I guess I'm most interested in photographers out of Russia. Seems like there is an endless source of interesting subjects over there.

Art must either be in the eye of the beholder or something becuase most of the photos I saw from these artists did nothing for me. I guess I need to start saving the fuzzy random shots I take. No offense meant. I'm also the guy that laughs at the pile of paper plates roped off at the modern art museums.

Conceptual art, including conceptual photography is something lost on a lot people because ideas are more than simple asthetics. Pretty is easy to illustrate, ideas and feelings are much more difficult. Most of these photographers have illustrated a talent far beyond simple asthetics. I can see it myself in their work, but doing it myself is far more difficult. I wish I had a fraction of the talent some of these young photogs have displayed. Also to John's point, true some photographs illustrated could have been taken on auto, but the idea illustrated is beyond the technical.
