I've been looking at aux tank options and that looks
About perfect. Are you gonna have an in cab switch to check either tank levels and switch fuel pumps?

Just going to be setup as transfer I have a high flow pump in my stock tank for the supercharger so I would not want to run Ford fuel tank pump normally, plan on wiring up the fuel level gauge.

Some have modified the tank to use the Toyota sending unit. Still, only $70 for the tank and $130 for the sending unit and whatever miscellaneous items to install.

Way cheaper than any custom fuel cell I could have gone with. Will likely have a light weight skid plate made for it as well. Double your range for $300?? Heck ya!

question..

how are you going to fit that with your Panhard being..well..right where the tank is supposed to go..

Already been eyeing that. Plan to move it a few inches back until it clears. With the bumper/cross member setup I am planning it should clear. Basically turning the rear bumper into the rear cross-member.

hmm..well hope it fits. I've seen one swapped in person. It is going to be super tight with that panhard.

I'll make it fit, if not I'll sell it to you for cheap! :ylsmoke:

Wheels are on the ground! Well half of them anyways... Still going slow, but the truck finally has eyes again.
When mocking up the shocks it was determined that the frame will have to be notched slightly to fit everything at full stuff. But I knew that was likely from the start. Can't wait until all four wheel are on the ground!

in your new projectors.

Ah yea, those ones are made by STARR, they are the only DOT approved projector headlights for these trucks. But you defiantly have to pay more for that...

No crazy multi color custom strobe lights or anything but they do the job.

Work on the bed cage has started, love what they are doing. It's going to tie into the bedsides and the shell, everything will also be removable so the shell, bedsides and even the bed can be remove as needed. I will well for my future camper setup! Well also make a great mounting/tie down point for in bed items. Jacks, shovels, containers.

Front end is nearly back together minus the corner lights, dual batteries and fender repaint. New front gear set and air locker also showed up!

and for the future project!
Could have sworn I ordered the plastic tank... but at least this lets me weld in a Tacoma fuel pump if I have to down the road.
