Zee Other German Overlander ML320 CDI

Hi yall!

I just wanted to share my build. I have a 2007 Mercedes ML320 CDI (3.0 dohc V6 Turbodiesel OM642). I havent done anything crazy with her yet, but she is in process.

• Custom adapters to use Jeep wheels (thanks jeep bros who sell niceeee oem stuff for pennies )
• Jeep Gladiator Wheels with Bridgestone Duelers (32")
• Yeti tune (fixes all the "unreliable" issues with this motor) DPF, MAFs, Intake Flaps, etc... and pick up around 100 ftlbs. (currently getting 22/26 mpg and 260hp 480 ftlbs). Exhaust is 3" with cat and cold air intake (making thiccc snorkel soon)
• Stock Air ride with adjustable ride height links. Normal height raised 1" over stock. Will need strut spacers to run 35s...soon..

So far ive done a ton of roadtrips, camping, and mildish offroading. In europe low range transfer case with locking center and rear were available, and the USA cars already have the harness. I will be sourcing those. Until then, spin baby spin.

These are a really cool platform IMO. I have a W163 V8 and it's surprisingly competent at everything it does.
