    900 lumen maglite

As stated earlier, you can search around and do this yourself. I think there are a lot of people who don't want to go to the effort or don't have the tools. I'm doing this more as a labor of love, had a lot of fun building the 2 I did, want to build more.

    900 lumen maglite

A bit of research and the original krypton maglite 3 cell bulb draws about 3 watts. The Seoul P7 LED draws 10 watts, yes, battery life will be less. Actually the lumen output is quite interesting... Stock maglite: 3 watts, 76.8 lumens = 25.6 lumens per watt LED maglite: 3 watts, ~140...

    900 lumen maglite

The heat sink dimensions would be most critical, which is the internal ID bore of the top of the maglite; good point 30 years ago who knows what they were cranking out. PM me a dimension and I'll check for you.

    900 lumen maglite

20 minutes at 7-900 lumens, then as said earlier an hour or so of less than that  Also NiMh rechargeables have much lower internal resistance and greater output, these lights are supposed to run much longer and stronger off of those. I think the flexibility would be nice for a lot of people.

    900 lumen maglite

I know some guys have converted the LED mags as well, I haven't done it and couldn't guarantee results. I know the reflector and switch is different but I have heard it works, I'll see if I can research it and have a more solid answer. I've also heard that runtime is about 20 minutes of full...

    900 lumen maglite

I have a website and would post up pics and instructions, you basically need decent soldering skills, a dremel tool and some basic hand tools. Yes, the $110 would include a new maglite. Here is a link to a DIY instruction manual with 38 pictures...

    900 lumen maglite

New LED technology is pretty damn cool, some guys have figured out how to put a 900 lumen LED into a 3D maglite. There are a few parts to acquire and it's not cheap, but the results are nothing short of impressive. I built 2 of these and they will out power the headlights on my dodge with 3...

Awesome tire pressure gauge for cheap

I like it, maybe I'll thread this monster on to one :ylsmoke: Or a proper sized gauge, here's one for cheap. http://cgi.ebay.com/0-60-psi-2-5-Liquid-Filled-Hydraulic-Air-Water-Gauge_W0QQitemZ180424407936QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPneumatic_Hydraulic_Valves_Parts?hash=item2a0221fb80

Awesome tire pressure gauge for cheap

I still have a few of those, some work, some don't. They become inaccurate if dropped- but the biggest problem I have with those is the bleeder mechanism or something else wearing out on them. I should have saved them, I see they are lifetime warranty. I could have sent them back about 7 of...

Awesome tire pressure gauge for cheap

Strictly a shop gauge, the nice thing is for what I often do from 0-10 psi it's more accurate than most low pressure gauges yet will still work on a 55 psi tow rig tire :D One could easily build a 2" high accuracy glove box gauge, Wika also sells the rubber protective shells. In a diaphragm...
