Need Goal Zero Extreme 350 Adventure Kit real user review

RE customer service, my experience has been excellent, both directly from GZ as well as Blue Kangaroos (they are sellers of GZ, check Ebay). Also, just bought a Yeti on DVOR.com The price was good, and the kicker is that they only charge 9.99 to ship. That damn thing is a heavy beast. Now to...

Looking for an A/T chaser or horizon

I would recommend that you just check several times a day and set your alerts so that you'll know asap when anyone is trying to sell an AT Horizon/Chaser. They don't usually last very long. Good luck. You'll love it.

For Sale: Adventure Trailer Chaser Parts

Hey Desert Rat! I am loving this trailer. Changed a few things to match my Jeep. Have been on 6 or 7 trips with it already, and cannot wait until hunting season. I agree with you, I got a great deal on a great trailer! ANd BTW, some of this stuff is still FOR SALE:-)

    Tow vehicle squat?

A good brake controller will mitigate this. Brakes on the trailer is a great safety addition.

    The Bug Out Trailer

Interesting read. http://www.survivalblog.com/2012/07/the-bug-out-trailer-by-allen-a.html How many of you consider this possibility with your off road/expo trailer? I know I do.

AT Chaser, where to attach spotter's lines?

Thanks! I've thought about this, and will gladly adjust as I see how it's pulling. I'm planning on Pearl Pass, which really shouldn't be too bad for the most part. And I have an on board compressor if I overshoot and deflate too far.

AT Chaser, where to attach spotter's lines?

Sounds great. I can easily see how you could forget the trailer is back there. Even with the weak engine in my JK, it has been almost unnoticeable having the Chaser behind me. Thanks for the words of advice. I will heed them!!!

AT Chaser, where to attach spotter's lines?

Thanks Martyn! Of course, my hope/plan is to avoid a roll over (less weight on the thule rack), not to have to roll the trailer upright, so with any luck I'll be "staying out of trouble" rather than "getting out of trouble". I could also use the swing out tire holder I suppose. That things is...

AT Chaser, where to attach spotter's lines?

Just curious how y'all do this. I have an RTT on a Thule rack (3 bars), but am concerned about using the rack footings to hold the weight of the trailer if it starts to teeter. Or is the Thule strong enough to tie onto?

Weekend climb over Strawberry Pass, CA (picture heavy)

Transmission overheating Awesome report! I had a similar "transmission overheating" issue with my Rubicon last summer on Taylor Pass. Contacted a local Jeep dealership and spoke with their service dept. They recommended running in 4 Low because the gearing takes a lot of the work load off...
