1991 Range Rover Classic fully outfitted

I think the collective ExPo family has snagged another addict -I MEAN- member. welcome to the club, Bill! I talked with Bill on the phone the other night, and he is the real deal, someone hungry for adventure. I'm so happy my Rover will get plenty of proper use. Bill, if you take this thing...

1991 Range Rover Classic fully outfitted

I am building another rig, and I need to consolidate. Things are getting out of hand around here. If I had unlimited funds and more space, I would never sell the Rover, seriously. I love it, I love the way it drives and the places it has taken me and my wife, and I love the audacity of wheeling...

1991 Range Rover Classic fully outfitted

We met at the 4WheelParts show last year, right? Thanks for the compliments, I am already sad about selling the Rover, and it's still here! Loved your Montero, by the way...

1991 Range Rover Classic fully outfitted

Wow, major oversights! No lockers. It has so much articulation that it never became an issue for my type of wheeling, and much less likely to break something without lockers. Stock gears. 3.54s, right? 285/75/16 (roughly 33")

1991 Range Rover Classic fully outfitted

The time has come to pass my 1991 Range Rover Classic on to a new owner. I have had a great time with this truck, lots of memorable trips, and it has never let me down. We have camped in hot deserts, snowy mountains, at the beach, and in the forest. We have taken it to Baja twice, as well as...

    Hmmm, Tepui sale...

Hey Chris, In short, we love our Autana. We have had it for a bit over two years now I think, and it has needed very little. If I had to guess, I would say we have around 75 nights in it. We have used it in hot, cold, rain, and even snow. You are spot-on about the annex (the zip on room around...

    Hmmm, Tepui sale...

I already own one Tepui tent, and I love it. But since I am going to start building my new (very old) truck some time after the new year, I am spending way too much time lurking around the internet, gawking at all of the fun stuff I want. I was just poking around the Tepui site, and they are...

How Tepui Tents saved our trip

Here's a (very late) post-Baja update. Everything went great, the Tepui was magnificent, and the Rover didn't even break down!

    Tepui Tent RTT

10 days in Baja with the Tepui Just took my Tepui Autana to Baja for 10 days with three people. We saw all kinds of weather, hot during the day, cold at night, pouring rain, and TONS of wind every night. The only issue that we had was the rain fly flapping a bit in the wind for the first couple...

How Tepui Tents saved our trip

I just finished building my '91 Range Rover Classic, and with 10 days to spare before leaving for Baja, I took it out to Hollister Hills SVRA for a little light duty off road. To make a long depressing story short and happy, I flopped the Rover on its side very hard, damaging the just-finished...
