Windows and hatches are in. Next: Lifting bed install, Water and electrical system install, then building cabinets around everything. This may sound strange but fitting components into tight spaces can be tough. By installing the systems beforehand, I'm hoping to then just place walls/cabinets...
Not sure if you are aware: Earthcruisres Core division was working with us serving the DIY market. There was certainly an understanding that both brands would and could benefit from each other. We always had huge admiration and respect for the EC brand, products and staff.

As an additional comment to my post about Chinese EV in China.... Apparently, EVERY EV is using the same plugs and are compatible with all chargers within the country.
Why can't we get this going?
For the EV industry to really take off we need lower price tags. Make it simple and sub $40,000.
Just got back from a trip to China and almost 1/3 of the vehicles are EV. Even busses, street cleaners, taxis etc. Most brands I never heart off. Talking to a local that owns a Tesla, he insured me...
Thank you! We use the sika 205 activator for bonding FRP to FRP and FRP to Metal. This was recommended by Koemmerling in Germany. You may wonder why we won't use the Koemmerling activator... Due to this being classified as dangerous goods, shipping it from Germany to North America would be VERY...

Through bolting the floor to subframe in combination with some adhesive would be my choise for your situation. Best if you have internal floor structure to prevent the panel from being compressed by the bolt.
The proper way would be to bolt the floor to subframe via an internal steel frame...
Most regular RV that has a 4x4 sticker slapped on and a winch bumper mounted will fail going off the road! Just talked with someone the other day that has cracks and a destroyed floor on a "overland RV" he paid $250,000 for. If you send that much money on an RV with the goal of going off the...
The Sprinter and Transit cab chassis both have boxed frame rails. This reduces the natural frame flex to nearly zero For those two vehicles. Any other truck or Van will have frame flex that needs compensation to about damage to a camper body.
Saying all of that, after owning a cab chassis...
