Towing an enclosed 6'x12' trailer with tools and materials weekly. It is 7' tall (inside height) and a relatively tough pull on the interstate. It tows my ski boat easily. I have towed my Land Rover Discovery on a car hauler with it.

No problem! I think that if there is a late model Jeep that does everything well, it's the XK. That being said, it does make compromises to do so. It's not the best at anything, but it does more than anything else. As long as you need everything the XK offers, you'll love yours as much as I love...

My experience is limited to the XK, but: 1) It feels significantly weaker than a front axle (bumps, crawling, etc.) 2) It doesn't like to be lifted over 2" unless you drop the front cradle, which I'm not a fan of. 3) When you do lift it, EVERYTHING is out of whack, and you need offset upper...

No thanks. I hate the IFS in the front of my XK enough to promise myself I will avoid purchasing IFS rigs like the plague - let alone IFS and IRS. IMHO, Jeep should keep it simple, strong, modifiable, and durable. Like a Wrangler Rubicon. That new GC just seems over-complicated, and I'm not so...

"Most people" is definitely me, lol. The ones I posted are over processed fake HDR from one pic. Would toning the processing down a bit work better? I know it would definitely look more real. I've done a couple of personal pics like that - just using the HDR lightly to help with bad lighting...

I like these better, though. I hope the owners are cool with it...
