    Gen III Alternator

Have it rebuilt if you have the time. I've had to replace/return multiple alt's. Cost much less and you can make sure it's completed with the better parts.

One of the best 1st Gens Ive ever seen.

I posted some under the 'show your pajero thread'. Some of the int are too contempory for me. They have a few with redone classic looks that I really like.

Ok, I figured around 30-40K. I don't really care for the over done inside. I would prefer back to new condition with some leather and wood treatments, basically Restoration Hardware as a Montero. I figure a personal build would total maybe 8-10K. That would be my choice over a 2.5/3 gen and...

Yeah, I did not want to post all the pics. They have a few, from basic to off road (or something). Top one says 44,000,000. Don't know the rate but that still must be alot.

Subaru owners: Let's see your expedition rigs!

Hello all, never really thought about a Subaru but have one that I'll be looking at this weekend. It's a 87' 2.2 4 CYLINDER WITH AUTOMATIC TRANNIE with 118k on it for 1400$. Pictures look clean but was wondering what I should be looking for. Use will be mostly for my son, about 20 miles/week...

    Monteros on craigslist

Shoot, I have my 94 ls that has a head gasket/head that I'm going to get rid of. Son needs a cheap Honda for school. I was going to donate it but if I could get a few hundred for it I might list on CL.

Doing Headgaskets and timing belt - what else?

I did not want to start a new thread on a sim issue so my question is: 94 ls, 154k blown head or gasket(not sure which) white smoke and water out of the pipe. Its been two yrs since I started it. Should I get it fixed. Looking at heads, water pump, timing belt,plugs-top end gone through. My...

Replacing Compass Bulbs in Center Gauge Cluster, Gen 2.5

Nothing new, just went out one day. Thinking there might be a wire crossed but no sure how to track from the tail light forward.

Replacing Compass Bulbs in Center Gauge Cluster, Gen 2.5

Have another issue. I found that is was not the bulbs but the #23 fuse which is for the tail light not the gage cluster. When I first replaced the #23 the dash lit up but after starting it the lights went out again. I replaced it a second time and it happened again. Any ideas as to what...
