    33 x 10.50 safety...???

I've run 33x10.5's on my TJ with roughly 4" of lift for roughly 4 years with no problems. I did get aftermarket rims but stayed conservative on the BS, because I don't like the appearance of a lot of tire sticking out.

XK or T4R? - New ExPo Rig Choices...

Unfortunately, the Commander is being discontinued and with a limited build cycle, I don't see an abundance of aftermarket goodies in the future. Keep in mind with the 3rd row seat deployed in the Commander, you have poor rear visibility and extremely limited interior storage space.

    Liberty info

Our Liberty has been a good vehicle. However it is extremely tight on space. They make decent offroad vehicles but the front diff housing cracks under extreme load (typically when going from no traction to sudden traction). There is a website dedictated to Libertys -...

    Which Replacement Jeep Wrangler Seats?

I had a set of Beard's (non recline) in my VW Baja that I loved. Very supportive and kept you in place during off road driving.

    SYE Advice

I also put in my SYE while the TC was still in (granted it was under a TJ). The most important thing was to purchase a good set of snap ring pliers.

Thanks for posting, I just ordered a set. I currently do not have any aux. lights, so they will be a nice addition.

    question's about re-gearing

IMO, I think an 8.8 would be overkill for what your looking to do, both in terms of money and offroad performance. You would be much better off buying used TJ axles with factory 3.73's, as they can usually be had extremely cheap and will bolt right in. The price of used TJ axles would be...

    question's about re-gearing

I am currently running 3.73's with 4.0L/3 spd/33's, as such I really need to make the jump to 4.10's. But living in flat land, it isn't killing me. I ran 3.73's (b/c they were stock in our Jeep) with 31's for a long time and had no complaints. IMO, you should make the jump to 3.73's, as the...

    Another new guy

New to the forum but been lurking for a month or so. We have a '99 TJ with a 3.5 RE lift, 33 BFG MT's, JB SSYE & Tom Woods DS. I've been wheelin' for a while but don't have any experience in expeditions.

    EW Jeep TJ project plan

Stick with the 7" width on your rims if you are only going to run 10.5's. You will definitely want to regear your rig but it is an expensive proposition. York systems are popular for onboard air on wranglers.
