That all sounds possible. It did appear square with the flange, but worth another look. Yes we had to pre-fill the filter , it was still difficult to start.

Just a thought..... If a 6000kg GVM is reduced to 4495kg aprox 25% reduction. Maybe the axle ratings should also be reduced 25% If so should it be noted on the "modification plate"
