Why werent your monitors ready? Did you clear a cel or disconnect the battery recently? The monitors should only take 1 drive cycle to become ready which is a day or two. Ontario recently adopted this system. All obd2 compliant vehicles are allowed just 1 not ready monitor.

Yes I've installed the rubber mast style. Very cheap and easy to do. Do not cut the cable as per the instructions some give you. It should be long enough to reach the plug just inside the firewall.

Gen 3 Timing belt brand & cam seals?

I bought the dayco kit. 2 years without any issue. Came with everything needed to do the job. The cam seal issue is actually at the back. It's a thrust plate oring that can be replaced at any time in under 20 minutes.

Want to double check a few things and say hello!

Welcome to the forum. As mentioned, your ome kit will consist of 2 struts, 2 shocks and 4 coils. The gen 3 doesnt have torsion bars. With that kit installed you'll fit the 33s no problem. Be ready for a rough ride though, unless you are heavy and/or towing, the HD kit will be stiff.

My Co worker has had his wheels dipped for over a year. No chipping or anything. Although changing over a tire will chip the lip. Touch ups are easy though, just spray over the damage and it'll blend perfect. I used 2 1/2 cans to do 4 solid coats on all 5 wheels. No glossifier.

Instrument panel / Climate Control / Corner Lights flickering when braking. HELP!

I've seen wiring to the trailer rot and touch, causing a back feed. Just one possibility. You should be able to disconnect the harness from your truck at the rear. Have you had anything done recently? Change any light bulbs?

    strange overheating on Gen 2.5

Aside from checking your cooling system, check the a/c high pressure hose temps with a heat gun. There may be an issue causing the temps to be higher than normal and the condenser can't cool it down fast enough.
