Is the 6.2L a problematic engine, when compared to the 5.3L Valve train issues? Does it require premium fuel?

Talk me out of a Chevy Trail Boss Duramax 3.0

I like the 5.3L in my truck, it's good enough However, my 2012 F150 3.5L would run circles around my Silverado.....especially when towing and driving through deep snow

    Gladiator - Good/Bad?

So the 3.0L diesel is NA and not even turbocharged? You can't get the diesel with the manual transmission The diesel model also weighs an extra 500 pounds and its maximum tow rating is lower than that of a gas-powered Gladiator

    F150 - 2.7L vs 3.5L vs 5.0L

Do all motor platforms have the annoying start/stop feature, or just the 5.0L? The 5.0 has cylinder deactivation, but the 2.7L and 3.5L shouldn't, right?

New Tacoma vs Colorado vs Ranger
