You can import the 85 110 rover into the US from Canada.

The seller just wants to sell the vehicle. If he/she has never exported a vehicle, it may be cumbersome for them. If they have and will help you with the process, then that would be great.

Regardless, on your end down in the USA, you would have to arrange for the transport, paperwork prior to the vehicle getting the border, informing customs ahead of time about the importation, proper paperwork at the border and then registering/title at your local state DMV.

I've helped people in the past export and import via US/Canada and it's quite easy. You just need all your ducks in a row (see link above).

My apologies to the OP for getting off topic. This process (vehicle from Canada to US) has been covered many times over in other threads.

I would be all over it if it were not for my significant other curbing my vehicle habits. :sombrero:
