Fixed the power steering leak today (or at least the worst one). Replaced a leaking line, and degreased under the hood some. Also, had to pull the air box and flush out the power steering fluid that had made its way into it. Cleaned up the throttle body some with seafoam that was nasty from the fluid leaks. I've put 100 miles on it so far, and it seems ok. Seems to shift fine, starts good, just needs shock, tires, and some suspension bushings up front.

You must live out west, or down south. That undercarriage is super clean. I literally have more rust on a 1"x1" section than I see on that whole thing.

You'll enjoy it, they're great vehicles. Was the oil leak you previously mentioned the PS leak?

As far as I know, the jeep has spent it's whole life in Alabama. I think I've got oil leaks to an acceptable level after replacing the line. I'll take it to a pressure washer in a few days to clean some of the oil off, so I can better observe for more. I'm thinking of a rough country 2" with shocks, and 31x10.5's....

If you're going 2", unless you're bouncy from worn out springs, just do spacers (budget boost/"bb") and shocks. I think you'd be happy with that combo. If the springs are worn out, you can also order factory V8 springs and use them to get a inch or so of additional lift.
