My Jeep has 3" lift 31" tires and open axles. I have not run those trails and do not know if my jeep is equipped properly for them?

I'm subscribing to the thread Jim, but as I mentioned to you elsewhere, I am tentative at this stage.

Son has a tournament for Karate in a week or two and doesn't want to miss out on training on Sat.

Anyone who's second guessing whether to go due to rig limitations, forget about the worry. Just go! You'll quickly decide for yourself if the trails start getting too challenging. A good spotter and taking time to think over the lines will get most trucks thru unscathed (well except for the skid plates). It is fairly easy to turn around if you feel uncomfortable and I think there's enough people on this run who have run these trails before to advise you about each trail as you come up to it.

I know when my rig was stock, I bailed out when I got to the the big rock garden at John Bull. Later, having a lift, I went for it and it was a blast but it was tough work and I did score some minor body damage - mostly due to my impatience to keep moving on the trail.

Cheers
Mark

I've been trying to figure a way to make this work, but my dreaming has to stop. I hate to miss out on the opportunity, but I just have way too much on my plate right now, and even more coming up. I've tried to figure a way to just come up for sat, but it's not gonna happen. :(

It is just a fun hobby so do not worry about missing this particular get together. We'll just have to plan another outing! :safari-rig:

Unless there are any last minute changes from confirmed attendees or folks who have dekayed a decision I'll consider this thread closed.

Bring your cameras and we'll all grab poser shots of each other!

It looks as if I can stay all day so I will plan on an evening White Mountain run for anyone interested.

If anyone who has a last minute itch to attend Saturday or Sunday just show up, find folks and join in!

Damn-it. Sorry Jim. Just got my sliders at 5pm and I have some issues with fit so I won't be sorted by early am Sat.

Enjoy you lucky SOB's. It will be perfect weather out there tomorrow.

Take lots of pix.

I ran Gold Mountain without sliders (or running boards!)
