They look like homebrewed Pelican case panniers. Do a search on ADVrider.com and you'll find a bunch of ideas revolving around Peli-Panniers.

Muddy is right, those are Pelicans. Not sure on the size but I think the side cases are this model.

The caribou cases are bomber...it you like side opening cases they're absolutely great!

well i figured i could get the brackets, then put the top loading boxes on. but the side opening ones do allow for more versitile searching, rather than digging.

Finally got the SW Motech crash bars and the Moose 1/2 inch offset footpegs mounted :costumed-smiley-007

These footpegs feel MUCH safer than the stockers since they actually fit my big feet!

Just back from my morning ride...

Great piece of mind with the bars on, especially in the dirt or sand since I'm no longer guaranteed to rip off a fairing (although anything can happen off road...)

The pegs have made it much more stable for me when standing. I weigh 265 and at 6'4 I REALLY needed sure footing.

The stock pegs have that rubber on them that I could feel "twist and turn" and I was always paranoid it would pop off at a bad time...

I love this bike :wings:

Pick up and older model, you get 2 more inches of ground clearance and probably some other mods.
