Thanks, Wil. It was good to have you join us, and thank you for letting Sean and Sandi drive and play around with your truck. I know after the adreneline subsided, they had a blast with the water crossing also. I hope Wendy didn't give you too much grief because of that picture. LOL.

looks like a real nice day trip. and as others have said,, nice water crossing pic.

phil the hot tub is still there, it is more overgrown than ever and you have to know where it is to push your way through the reeds. its the fiberglass hot tub i took out there a couple years ago but alas the piping needs to be redone as it does not get a constant refresh of water like the original one did so its pretty stagnant and nasty. i keep telling myself i need to out and re-create the original tub.

My guess is there might be some pucker marks on Wils seat cushion also.

A couple of pics of the original hot spring tub.

i dont want to split hairs but the original was a concrete tub about the size of a bathtub built in 1933, or so it was written when the cement was wet. it was there right up till the floods of '03 i think? i bathed in it several times, and much preferred its mostly unkown location to the steel tubs.

You're right. It wasn't the "original". But it was there in the 80's until the floods came and washed out the river bank there.
