Concealing fiberglass flaws

If you are looking for ready made "drywall compound" then fairing compound is the closest you can get, just mix the two parts and it spreads like bondo

If you already have epoxy or resin then you could make your own by adding in fillers to your desired consistency. I am am too sure what your contours look like, but you can make the surface fairly smooth by applying resin or a loose mix over the surface and shape some cellophane over the surface removing all air bubbles in the process, once dried you can peel it back to a glossy finish.

Another thing is to use peel ply or the cellophane when laminating so the resin surfaces and the weave is pressed down to have a flatter finish without much sanding.
