Decent 110's

I've been reading this thread with great interest and just thought i'd add my £1's worth

I've owned and used landrovers all my life here in the UK, everything from series vehicles to disco 3's, and like the previous posts have said we treat them like common working vehicles, and trade them with prices to match. A week ago i sold a disco 1 300ES auto with rebuilt tdi, new ashcroft box and large intercooler for $1500

Disco's are cheap as chips here as well. Hope that was 1500 sterling not $1500.

no that was 1000 sterling, works out about $1500 dollars.

needed the space, was trying to show that there are Land Rovers in the UK that are straight, honest vehicles, not pristine, but looked after that don't carry the inflated dealer prices.

I've owned over 20 LR's and I used to work in sales in a LR dealership, yet i have never and will never buy from a dealer, not because of trust issues but purely based on price and availability privately
